Project Description
This project is a new distillery located in the NuLu neighborhood of Louisville. The project encompassed a fully functional bourbon distillery, event space, and corporate office for the company. Rabbit Hole Distilling is a new distiller and this this project is their first construction project. Prodigy helped establish the initial project budgets and as the project has evolved through significant program and scope revisions, we are working to value engineer the project in order to meet the budgetary needs of the project. This project upon completion will be a signature landmark in the city and a corner stone to the redevelopment of the NuLu neighborhood.
