This ARGI Financial project originally began as a design-build Class “A” speculative office building. The original plan was to build a prestigious building that would compete for premier office users with rents above average for the area. Class A buildings have high quality standard finishes, state of the art systems, exceptional accessibility and a definite market presence.
But during construction ARGI Financial agreed to purchase the building and fully build out the interior for their new headquarters, also as a Class A office space. Prodigy worked with the multiple owners and design professionals to create a seamless integration of tenant requirements into the building under construction. The building will feature high end finishes and integrated technology in almost every space
