Project Description
This project was for a full renovation of an existing building, including all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in the building. The building is set off by high end finishes and furniture systems. A unique feature of the project is that every floor was building received raised access flooring to provide a solution to the HVAC problems confronting the building. The building envelope was upgraded significantly to meet current Energy Codes
